I’m more excited about this rod than I’ve been in a long time. The 736C Champion has been my favorite rod, but I think that’s changing. The 746C is a great pitching stick and Frog rod. This baby has POWER to spare. We’ve sent a few samples around and have huge back order list. Should be here in Dec. I have fished this rod in the thick trees and brush of Lake Fork in TX….it’s better than awesome. Great tip for casting, then power….plus some.

Extreme sensitivity meets extreme power! Rod can pull heavy duty tasks like frogs, heavy pitching and flipping, but still has the sensitivity to throw jigs and bottom contact baits! Great value to cover lots of techniques!

After watching Gary Dobyns on a youtube video pick up a 8 pound gallon of oil using this rod, I was sold. Man this rod will launch some fish out the water. Great sensitivity along with a nice tip makes this capable of multiple techniques.

This DX 746 is amazing. It has allowed me to take heavy cover swim jigging to another level. The combination of power and soft tip allows me to swim jigs over heavy cover and yet take the same jig and flip with it without changing rods. This rod will pull the big girls right out of the pads. Yet it is so balanced I can cast all day and not get fatigued.

BEASTMODE FROGGIN ROD!
Routinely bombing casts into the thickest rice and pads of northern Minnesota with full confidence on a quality hookset.
Best Froggin’ rod I have ever used hands down. Also super well balanced, so great for pitching and flipping.

Buyer beware the sensitivity of this rod will make you think old big could be on the other end. Had a 12 incher bite, me as always reeled down and set the hook like something bigger was on there. Next thing i know poor guy went flying by my head. He didn’t know what hit him. This rod is great for flippen and popping 3/4 to 1 oz jig on the ledges. Its a must have for TN river guy.

Was looking for the perfect Carolina rig and Swinghead rod, and this is it. Very nice regular action with a lot of backbone.. 746 might be my favorite rod. This rod will also excel pitching heavy Texas rigs and jigs around grass.
