Warranty Info

All GSM Outdoor products have a warranty that covers manufacture defects of the product. Like most industries, our warranty is valid only for the original owner of the product purchased from an authorized retailer. Please refer to your individual product for specific warranty time frames. Below are the general warranty times for all of GSM Outdoor products. At GSM Outdoors, our customers are our number one priority and we want them to know we stand proudly behind every item bearing our name. Tampering with or altering the unit will void the warranty. Any unauthorized service will void the warranty. Original sales receipt must be produced for any warranty service and a Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained from customer service at 877-269-8490 prior to returning the product.

Product Description

The Dobyns Sierra Ultra Finesse Casting Rods represent a premium line of highly specialized rods engineered specifically for the dedicated Bait Finesse System (BFS) angler. Designed by legendary angler Gary Dobyns, this series is custom-built to bridge the gap between traditional spinning rod finessing and the precision control of a casting setup. It allows anglers to effectively cast exceptionally light lures that were previously impossible to manage on standard baitcasting gear.

This is one of my favorite fishing rods. I bought this rod when I originally heard about BFS fishing techniques. now I use this rod all the time.

This rod is everything I wanted it to be! Paired with the Curado BFS is awesome. I use it for bass but love throwing 1/16 oz baits for trout. It loads up and keeps them pinned.

Excellent rod 16 guides on 7ft rod is very nice, Dobyns sure make quality rods. Paired it with my 23 Calcutta Conquest BFS reel, the load on 1/16 is good, 1/8 is where the rod shine. I only use Gloomis and Dobyns rod and this rod didn't disappoint at all.
