Used these with our guide, Jakob Monk, out of Sault Ste. Marie. My son and I fell in love with these rods on our excursion, so much so that my son has saved up for one. We are picking up this year when we see Jakob again. The rod was versatile and light. Felt great in the hand and had amazing action using a multitude of setups.
We regularly use medium duty ugly sticks, but we are making the change to Dobyns permanent!
