Dwayne Nesmith –
Was in need of a rig to throw my Senko’s on and since I own a few Fury rod’s I decided to give this Colt series CL 734C a try. Must say I was not disappointed nice strong rod capable of pulling fish from heavy cover but yet sensitive enough to detect even the slightest thump on a weightless Senko. Impressive for the cost so I just ordered a Fury Flippin stick will review it once it gets here

This is the sleeper chatterbait rod! And it will do much more, jerks, crankbaits, topwater trebles, spinnerbaits, small swimbaits such as the Bucca brand baby bullshad and bull gill just to name a few. Can’t beat it for the price. It would prob handle swim jigs too but I personally thought it was a hair soft and would rather use my Colt 704 or Kaden 714 for swim jigs.
Corey Wyrick –
Love this rod. I’ve had it for 2 weeks now, and have landed 3 bass over 6lb, one over 7, and 20+ over 2lb. Rod has performed flawlessly, primarily fishing 1/2 oz chatterbaits so far. Casts great, very sensitive, and perfect action for chatterbaits with some nice forgiving tip to it. Also fishes great with swim jigs and spinnerbaits. Paired with an SLX DC, it’s become my pre-spawn go-to rig. Can’t hardly believe it was only $80.

Best all around rod available for under $80. The 734 colt works great with spinnerbaits, buzz baits, chatter baits and swim jigs. You won’t be disappointed in this one
