All GSM Outdoor products have a warranty that covers manufacture defects of the product. Like most industries, our warranty is valid only for the original owner of the product purchased from an authorized retailer. Please refer to your individual product for specific warranty time frames. Below are the general warranty times for all of GSM Outdoor products. At GSM Outdoors, our customers are our number one priority and we want them to know we stand proudly behind every item bearing our name. Tampering with or altering the unit will void the warranty. Any unauthorized service will void the warranty. Original sales receipt must be produced for any warranty service and a Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained from customer service at 877-269-8490 prior to returning the product.
Mike Bucca has been a long time staffer and close friend of Gary’s since Dobyns Rods first started. Mike’s love for swimbait fishing led him to start his own swimbait company back in 2007. He named his baits and company Bull Shad. These baits quickly filled a niche in the swimbait world. The Bull Shad baits range from 4” to 11” and are super popular with swimbait anglers today. Mike has wanted a special rod that’ll throw all of his baits in the larger 6″ to 11″ sizes and now the Bull Shad rod has been made. It’s a Mike Bucca signature series Bull Shad rod made to handle his popular larger baits. This rod has a unique length at 8’3” with a full 14” handle. This rod is called a fast action but it’s on the slower side of fast, making it an excellent casting swimbait rod. The MB 836SB Bull Shad Special is sure to be a big hit in today’s popular swimbait industry.
